Strada Services is seeking an experienced AC Field Supervisor to lead and develop installation teams while ensuring quality workmanship, safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation and field operations.
  • Proven leadership experience managing field teams.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and schematics.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and jobsite best practices.
  • Experience working with computers, tablets, and mobile technology.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with experience handling escalated customer situations.
  • Ability to work both in the field and office environments.
  • Frequent walking, standing, and movement on active job sites.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to inspect workmanship, materials, and equipment accurately.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in residential HVAC, construction, or related trades.
  • Associate degree or equivalent industry experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop HVAC field employees to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Manage daily field operations, workforce scheduling, and job assignments.
  • Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with company standards and local codes.
  • Conduct field inspections and provide hands-on support when needed.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Partner with management, construction teams, and other departments to ensure project success.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and quality control.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve escalated service-related issues professionally.
  • Track production metrics and field performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development.
