Requirements

Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation and field operations.
Proven leadership experience managing field teams.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and schematics.
Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and jobsite best practices.
Experience working with computers, tablets, and mobile technology.
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Customer-focused mindset with experience handling escalated customer situations.
Ability to work both in the field and office environments.
Frequent walking, standing, and movement on active job sites.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to inspect workmanship, materials, and equipment accurately.

Nice To Haves

3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in residential HVAC, construction, or related trades.
Associate degree or equivalent industry experience required.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop HVAC field employees to maximize performance and productivity.
Manage daily field operations, workforce scheduling, and job assignments.
Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with company standards and local codes.
Conduct field inspections and provide hands-on support when needed.
Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
Partner with management, construction teams, and other departments to ensure project success.
Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and quality control.
Address customer concerns and resolve escalated service-related issues professionally.
Track production metrics and field performance to drive continuous improvement.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development.
