About The Position

This role supports Media Prep operations by automating manual processes related to inventory management, preventive maintenance tracking, and scheduling through tools like Power BI and Excel. The position involves gathering, organizing, and visualizing data to enhance workflow efficiency, improve supply/equipment visibility, and support stakeholder communication. Strong organizational skills, a working knowledge of date visualization tools, and familiarity with Lean principles are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, any STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) with coursework or experience in data analysis.
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of data visualization using Excel and/or Power BI.
• Ability to learn basic operations of SAP (Systems, Applications & Products).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Lean Principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Configure and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Automate manual processes for inventory management, preventative maintenance tracking, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (maintenance, finance, quality, GMT) to support project implementation and workflow enhancements.
