About The Position
This is a part-time ABE Teacher position for 109 days, 5.5 hours per day. The role involves providing direct instruction, both in-person and online, to adults learning English as a Second Language at level 3. Responsibilities include lesson planning, conducting assessments, monitoring student attendance, attending staff meetings, collaborating with colleagues, maintaining student records, and supporting volunteers. The teacher will utilize Zoom, various online platforms, and resources, and implement CCRS/ACES/NorthStar standards. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Any K12 or ABE license, or MA TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or Bilingual Education.
Responsibilities
