About The Position
The North Rutherford YMCA is Now Hiring for a ABC Coordinator. The YMCA of Middle TN is looking for an ABC Coordinator to oversee their life-changing ABC Program, plan meaningful events, and build strong relationships with participants, donors, and partners. This role is for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of breast cancer survivors and underserved communities.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Organized, compassionate, and love connecting with people.
Nice To Haves
- Degree in Health Science or Community Health
- Experience working with survivors or in community health
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the ABC Program.
- Plan events, coordinate schedules, and manage volunteers.
- Keep program records organized and up to date.
- Help foster a supportive and welcoming environment for everyone.
