About The Position

Little Steps by Liam ABA is a newly established, clinic and in home-based ABA provider dedicated to helping children with autism reach their fullest potential through compassionate, evidence-based care. Founded by two experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)—Jessica Kay, MS, LBA and Heidi Gebhard, MS, LBA—our mission is to provide individualized therapy in a warm, supportive, and engaging environment where children, families, and staff feel valued. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed—and every team member plays an important role in making that happen. We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with young children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, ABA, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in our clinic or home settings.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate session data using electronic data collection software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs.
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and therapeutic learning environment.
• Communicate professionally with families and team members.
• Follow all ethical and clinical standards established by the BACB.
