About The Position
Join Precious Care ABA as a Behavior Tech Rockstar! This role is ideal for college students or recent graduates looking for a meaningful job that builds resume-worthy experience in behavioral health, psychology, and education. You will work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes, daycare, or the community, transforming everyday moments into learning opportunities. This is a hands-on position, not a desk job, with varied sessions. No prior ABA experience is necessary, as experienced BCBAs will provide training and mentorship.
Requirements
- In college or recently graduated (psychology, education, healthcare a plus — but not required)
- Reliable, patient, and energetic
- Enjoy working with kids (this matters more than experience)
- Experience with children is a plus (babysitting, camps, coaching, teaching assistant, caregiving, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule (especially PM hours)

Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children with autism or developmental delays, helping them build communication, social, and life skills.
- Collect data to track progress and celebrate client wins.
- Collaborate with families to ensure therapy skills are integrated into everyday life.
