About The Position

We are a group of passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts, ABA experts, teachers, and award-winning children’s entertainers who have pioneered a natural approach to supporting children’s needs that uses the science of human behavior (ABA) combined with unique fun to accelerate independence in the home, classroom, and community.
Requirements
- 2+ years of in-home ABA experience (Required).
- Creative: You see every environment from the living room to the grocery store as a classroom.
- Persistent: You value high clinical standards and love implementing supervisor feedback to grow.
Responsibilities
- Turn everyday moments into high-impact learning opportunities for the client.
- Collect accurate data without breaking the natural flow of the session.
- Work closely with supervisors and families to ensure functional, real-world success.
