ABA Therapist – Child Development Support - Anaheim, CA
About The Position
Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a fast-growing ABA company dedicated to helping children, young adults, and families thrive. We provide 1:1 support to children diagnosed with Autism in home and school settings, always with evidence-based and compassionate care. This is an entry-level position with full training provided. - Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Spanish language proficiency (able to communicate and perform the role in Spanish)

Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in ABA or related field
- Degree in psychology, education, or related field
Responsibilities
- Direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism and related needs
- Implementing behavior intervention plans with fidelity
- Managing challenging behaviors safely and professionally
- Staying calm, engaged, and supportive during difficult moments
- Accurate data collection and documentation
- Professional communication with supervisors and families
- Adapting to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
- Working in in-home, school, and/or clinic-based settings
