We seek candidates with a positive outlook and the ability to fit in with our upbeat and quality-minded corporate culture. This position is based out of our beautiful clinic in North Mayfair.

Requirements

At least 1 year working under a BCBA as a BT
RBT designation required OR must obtain within 90 days of joining the company
Availability to work within the hours of 8:00AM - 4:30 PM
Strong communication and written skills
MUST have excellent attendance
Able to provide consistent attention and care for the client, up to 2 hour long sessions
Ability to sustain long periods of sitting or standing
Excellent communications skills to effectively interact with patients
Ability to bend, squat, lift, and lower a minimum of 20 pounds (must be able to lift and carry clients)
Ability to communicate with your team through phone and email in a timely manner

Nice To Haves

Certificate, Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in a behavioral health or related field (preferred).
Relevant experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Computer skills.

Responsibilities

Implement treatment programs under the guidance of a BCBA
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (SLPs, OTs, etc.) on a weekly basis to ensure continuity of care
Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one or group therapy setting to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the supervisor.
Collect and record data on patient behavior.
Collaborate and communicate clients, parents and staff.
Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients and family.
Maintain strict confidentiality.
