About The Position

Advanta Autism Care is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join their growing team across Colorado's Front Range. This role involves providing one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home and community settings. Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (Applicants must already be certified.)
• Able to pass a background and reference check

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• ABA or behavioral health experience
• Experience using CentralReach

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings
• Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers
• Prepare therapy materials and implement behavior intervention strategies
• Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices
• Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings
