ABA Supervisor (BCBA)
About The Position
Cortica is growing and seeking passionate BCBAs to join our team in Warren! We are a unified team of doctors and therapists, specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders. We emphasize collaboration and long-term outcomes: Grounded in an assent-based, individualized approach and supported by a team of physicians, speech, occupational, and mental health therapists. Based primarily out of our Warren clinic, with approximately 70-80% of your caseload delivered in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth to surrounding communities (roughly a 30–45 minute commute).
Requirements
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field required
- BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
- Successful completion of a post-offer background check and a motor vehicle report review.
Nice To Haves
- LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload with approximately 70-80% in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth.
- Provide clinical and administrative support.
- Engage in case consultation and guidance with Clinical Supervisors.
- Collaborate with transdisciplinary partners across specialties.
- Utilize Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics.
- Work with BT Managers for performance and operational support.
- Participate in Clinical Rounds and company-wide meetings.
