About The Position
The ABA Student Analyst (Master’s Level) role is part of ABC’s Rising Stars program for behavior technicians accruing supervision hours. The position provides early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children ages 18 months to 13 years. The analyst collects data, implements individualized treatment plans, and develops clinical skills under BCBA supervision while collaborating with BCBAs and other team members. The role includes eight hours per week off the direct-care schedule to complete BDS modules, and requires sitting for the BACB exam within six months of joining. The posting states that full-time teammates receive a minimum of 32–40 hours per week, including when patients cancel. Applications are accepted and reviewed on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
- Have accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1,700 of 2,000 hours).
- Have completed all restricted hours.
- Provide proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master’s program.
Responsibilities
