About The Position

Join our Rising Stars program as an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) at ABC, a premier ABA provider for children with autism. This role is ideal for a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) accruing supervision hours. We focus on small caseloads with a compassionate care approach, guided by our core values and a strong sense of community. We are committed to the impact we have on the lives of others.

Requirements

Student Analyst has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000hours)
All Restricted hours completed
Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program

Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) accruing supervision hours

Responsibilities

Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 13 years old)
Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA
Collaborating with BCBA’s and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values
Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
