About The Position

This role is for an Applied Behavior Analysis Staff Development Coordinator who will be responsible for monitoring and implementing Fraser policies and procedures related to overall staff experience and training in the ABA program from onboarding through offboarding. The position will also provide clinical services to clients. Fraser is a nonprofit organization providing integrated community behavioral healthcare for autism, mental health, and disability services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must have your RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification
  • Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record required
  • Ability to pass DHS Background Check
  • Experience with children with special needs required
  • Effective communication in the English language
  • Computer proficiency using Word and Excel with proficiency in keyboarding skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Independently assess staffing ratios for services and collaborate with Human Resources and ABA Managers/ABA Service Controller to meet program staffing and budget needs in intensive ABA services.
  • Be Subject Matter Expert in conducting effective interviews, and act as a gatekeeper for the Fraser brand and ABA clinical quality.
  • Monitor and ensure staff meet training requirements in a timely manner and proactively communicating barriers to supervisors.
  • Monitor and track daily attendance of all assigned ABA staff.
  • Coordinate clinical new hire onboarding for ABA Program Staff, including conducting onboarding trainings, coordinating support for trainers, creating orientation training schedules, training guides, and related materials packet, completing mandatory health and safety trainings and skills assessments (e.g., CPR, First Aid, Safety Care), and providing guidance to new staff prior to their onboarding and for first 90 days of hire as needed.
