$30 - $33Hybrid

About The Position

This role is designed for individuals pursuing their Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field, who are also working towards BCaBA or BCBA candidacy. Unlike many ABA companies, Key Essentials to Behavior Management Corp (KEBM) invests in supervisors before certification, offering full pay and support while you complete your education and prepare for certification. The Program Supervisor Trainee role is a period of deliberate development, not a holding pattern, allowing you to gain supervisory experience, contribute to clinical work, and develop essential skills. KEBM is a five-clinic ABA therapy company founded in 2016, serving a diverse client base including insurance-funded, private pay, open play, and camp participants. They utilize a proprietary S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S. methodology, a pod-based group ABA therapy model focused on social skills, behavior intervention, and individualized goals. The company emphasizes clinical quality, positive outcomes, and a supportive work environment, being women-founded and minority-owned.
