About The Position

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA services to a 15-year-old child in Port Chester, NY. This role offers a chance to work with children and make a positive impact on individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to pass required background screenings

Nice To Haves

• RBT Certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills
• Collect data and document session progress
• Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
