The Learning Institute for Functional Education (L.I.F.E.) is seeking a passionate and motivated Mid-Level Supervisor who is committed to providing high-quality, ethical ABA services while supporting the growth and development of Behavior Technicians, clients, and families. L.I.F.E. serves children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and meaningful work that directly impacts the lives of the families we serve. The Mid-Level Supervisor reports directly to the Clinical Supervisor, or BCBA and supports the oversight and implementation of ABA treatment programs throughout Stanislaus County. This position manages a client caseload of 8-15 clients; however, caseloads may periodically exceed this number depending on staffing levels, client acuity, and organizational needs. Manages and provides training, support, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians. Responsibilities include assisting with treatment plan implementation, conducting assessments, supporting parent training, monitoring client progress, and maintaining clinical documentation. Services may be provided in home, school, community, and telehealth settings. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping individuals with autism and developmental disabilities achieve meaningful outcomes.
