About The Position

Behavioral Health Works is an expanding company dedicated to responsible and sustainable growth. We are committed to delivering personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). ABA therapy helps individuals with Autism improve socially significant behavior, following the principles of Behavior Analysis. Our extensively trained BCBAs, Case Supervisors, and Technicians collaborate closely with parents to create tailored treatment plans that address the distinct requirements of each child.

Requirements

  • Must possess a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or a related field.
  • Candidates must be actively pursuing BCBA certification and demonstrate progress toward meeting BACB eligibility requirements.
  • Two years of experience in ABA or a related field.
  • Must be willing to undergo a criminal background clearance.
  • Must provide proof of a negative TB test, pre-employment physical exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/Varicella-Zoster Virus during our onboarding, which we will pay for.
  • You must have a reliable form of transportation, including a valid driver’s license and car insurance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services is a huge plus!

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they implement treatment plans with fidelity.
  • Conduct regular observations (in-person or via telehealth) of sessions to monitor the quality of service delivery.
  • Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary program modifications. Use data to adjust goals, teaching strategies, and behavior interventions as needed.
  • Provide parent/caregiver training on behavior interventions and techniques to ensure consistency across environments.
  • Stay updated on and adhere to ethical guidelines and legal regulations from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and other governing bodies.
  • Conduct field visits, provide supervision to assigned cases, review data, monitor client progress, make program modifications as needed under the direction of a clinical manager, and provide parent training and education.
