The Basics of this opportunity: Compensation: $25.00+ per hour Bonus: There's opportunity to bonus more than 35,000 in your first three years Some Benefit Highlights: Opportunity for direct & indirect supervision hours, PTO that accrues from Day 1 and 401K Match! Range of availability we're looking for (this is not the schedule, just your range of availability): Mon-Fri 8am to 8:30pm (you’ll likely only work 2-3 evenings after 6:30pm – we pay extra for that). No expectation of Saturday work unless you want to schedule make-up sessions. Job Type: Full Time Part Time 30 (we define this status as part-time with at least 30 hours per week on average which will allow you to access our medical, dental, and vision benefit plans!) Job Location(s): In-home Telehealth: This role is primarily in-person, but telehealth may be utilized in some parent training and other situations based on the client’s needs. Client Care Expectation: Can vary, but approximately 25-30 BT hours. Requirements

Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program, required
3+ years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
At least one year of experience providing clinical program management (under the supervision of a BCBA)
At least one year of experience working with various software solutions for data collection, programming and report writing tasks
Must pass a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for

Nice To Haves

Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or obtaining hours towards certification, preferred

Responsibilities

Run ABA programs
Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
Provide field supervision to behavior technicians as required for cases
Support staff in meeting productivity requirements
Assist in writing performance evaluations for behavior technicians
Available to parents & behavior technicians by phone when there is an emergency or urgent need
Produces progress reports and treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sources
Attends staff meetings, trainings, and other meetings as requested
Motivated to lead by example
Other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor
