About The Position

ABA Centers is building a talent pipeline of Temple University graduates interested in pursuing a career in ABA therapy and behavioral health. Requirements

• Recent or upcoming graduates from Temple University
• Degrees in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Human Services, or Related fields
• Passion for working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in the ABA field

Nice To Haves

• No prior ABA experience required — we provide full training!

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track and document client progress
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living
• Collaborate with clinical teams and families
