About The Position

Behavior One Autism Solutions is hiring an ABA Case Supervisor in South Los Angeles County. This position is for individuals preparing for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification exam. The role involves supervising Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services delivered to clients, including direct service implementation, parent consultation, and treatment program development. The Case Supervisor will ensure program integrity, monitor treatment effectiveness, provide parent training, graph behavior data, facilitate staff meetings, supervise behavior technicians, complete progress reports, conduct clinical team meetings, maintain confidentiality, assist with functional behavior assessments, and conduct direct and indirect assessments using tools like Vineland-3, VB-MAPP, and AFLS. The position works with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Intellectual disabilities, under the supervision of a BCBA.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field or 12 units completed in graduate-level ABA program is required
  • Strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and clinical skills
  • Self-disciplined: Able to schedule and attend client appointments and clinical team meetings with consistency, reliability and punctuality

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an Autism service provider in home or in a school setting with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience overseeing a team of ABA staff

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the implementation of direct services to clients in home and community settings
  • Parent consultation
  • Assist in the development of ABA treatment programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
  • Ensure integrity of program implementation
  • Monitor effectiveness of treatment plans and modifies programs as needed
  • Provide individualized client-centered parent training
  • Graph behavior data for visual analysis
  • Facilitate staff meetings
  • Provide supervision and support to behavior technicians
  • Complete client progress reports
  • Conduct clinical team meetings to update caregivers on client progress
  • Maintain confidentiality of records relating to client's treatment
  • Assist with completing functional behavior assessments
  • Conduct direct and indirect assessments with assessment tools (i.e., Vineland-3, VB- MAPP, AFLS, etc.)
