About The Position

Beacon ABA Services is a private group practice of behavior analysts and behavioral therapists organized to provide intensive behavioral services to individuals with developmental disabilities. We are announcing new hourly rates and generous PTO! Highly Competitive Rates - Starting between $23 - $27 per hour! Full-time applicants are eligible to receive a $2,000 signing incentive and $250 monthly bonuses. Beacon ABA Services specializes in providing evidence-based treatment interventions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our Therapists work directly with these children in their homes, following carefully created goals designed to promote independence. Therapists are paired with clients locally throughout Massachusetts. Treatment Centers are now open in Leominster and Hopedale. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, as paid training is provided! Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Sessions take place Monday through Friday, anywhere from 8 am-6:30 pm.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Associate’s Degree (60+ credit hours) and at least 6 months of relevant experience
High School Diploma and at least one year of relevant experience can be considered for part time afternoon opportunities only (3:00pm-6:30pm)

Responsibilities

Work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes.
Follow carefully created goals designed to promote independence.
Provide intensive behavioral services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
