About The Position

We are seeking a fierce, compassionate, and dedicated Behavior Technician for a high-hour, high-impact role. This is an extraordinary 1:1 in-person case for a vibrant, 4-year-old male client in Yonkers, NY. The client is fully English-speaking and verbal, with a moderate functioning level and severe behaviors. This role requires master-level de-escalation, structure, and clinical expertise. We are looking for someone with a powerhouse of empathy, rock-solid responsibility, who can bring calm to chaos and steady, structured joy to learning.

Requirements

• Fierce, compassionate, and dedicated demeanor.
• Experience as a Behavior Technician.
• Ability to provide de-escalation and structure.
• Reliability and responsibility.
• Ability to work with a verbal child with severe behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-person ABA therapy to a 4-year-old male client.
