About The Position
LBAPS National is seeking a patient, dependable, and energetic 1-on-1 Behavior Technician (BT/Paraprofessional) for a consistent, high-hour home case in Westchester County. The role supports a verbal 6-year-old boy who functions at a moderate level and exhibits severe behaviors. The work is home-based at 519 Ellendale Avenue, Rye Brook, NY 10573-3518, for 25 hours per week during after-school hours. BCBA supervision is delivered virtually. Spanish-speaking ability is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provide structured, compassionate 1:1 ABA support in the home.
- Implement behavior intervention plans to manage severe behaviors.
- Utilize positive reinforcement to help the client reach developmental milestones.
