About The Position
Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a fast-growing ABA company dedicated to helping children, young adults, and families thrive. We provide compassionate, evidence-based 1:1 support to children diagnosed with Autism in home, school, and clinic settings. This is an entry-level role with full training provided—a chance to grow personally and professionally while making a real impact every single day.
Requirements

- Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans
- Prior ABA experience
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus)
Responsibilities
- Experience providing direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism
- Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
- Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally
- Collect and document data accurately
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and families
- Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
- Work across home, school, and clinic settings
