About The Position

Join Dominion Care as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)! We are currently hiring for a part-time, in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). While RBT certification is not required at the time of hire, candidates with previous RBT experience are highly preferred. Qualified candidates must be available to work weekday afternoons from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Because this is an in-home position, applicants must have a reliable, insured personal vehicle for travel to and from client homes, as well as a valid driver's license in good standing. Requirements

  • Eligibility to pass the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam
  • Reliable personal cell phone for communication

  • Must be available to work weekday afternoons from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous RBT experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field

Responsibilities

  • Implement daily therapeutic activities under the direct supervision and delegation of a Behavior Analyst.
  • Implement Individualized Service Plans with clients and client families/caregivers as delegated by a Behavior Analyst.
  • Pass and obtain the RBT certification.
  • Coordinate with other service providers working with clients to encourage consistency among client families/caregivers and all providers.
  • Communicate with families/caregivers within their scope of practice.
  • Complete all required documentation including behavioral data, daily notes, and weekly billing records in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure all documentation on assigned clients meet Medicaid and other federal, state, or BACB required regulations.
  • Develop program materials and ensure appropriate materials are available during client sessions.
  • Participate in supervision on a weekly basis with a Behavior Analyst or Assistant Behavior Analyst to discuss client updates, progress, or concerns.
  • Attend and participate in all scheduled staff meetings and trainings.
  • Provide transportation of client as needed as part of natural environment sessions.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures and complete other tasks deemed necessary for the successful operation of the program.
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times.
  • Work one-on-one with a child with autism, or similar disabilities, inside the child’s home or clinic.
  • Enter data, update paperwork, clean/organize, and attend supervisions and trainings.
