About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking an ABA Apprentice to serve as a bridge between graduate school and independent practice for individuals nearing the completion of their BCBA certification requirements. This program offers structured mentorship, hands-on learning in clinical settings, and a personalized study plan developed by a dedicated Learning & Development team to guide apprentices toward their BCBA exam and future roles within the company. The program emphasizes learning from experienced BCBAs, refining clinical judgment, and provides clear pathways for career advancement into BCBA roles, leadership, clinical specialties, or training positions.

Requirements

  • Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
  • Active RBT certification
  • At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini-caseload of learners.
  • Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
  • Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
  • Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
  • Research literature related to client programs.
  • Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
  • Complete Monthly Mock Exams.
  • Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan.
