AAA Tow Driver
About The Position
AAA Northern New England is looking for passionate and independent individuals to join our team as Roadside Service Drivers. No CDL or prior experience required! AAA provides all the training you need to become a skilled roadside technician and help rescue stranded members. Full-time drivers who meet performance goals earn an average of $47,600 to $58,200 annually, and top performers have the opportunity to earn well beyond the average range. Our Tow Service Drivers start at an hourly rate of $20.00. After completing the training program, our full-time Tow Service Drivers who successfully meet goals earn an average of $47,600 to $58,200 annually.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
- Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal DOT Card.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Rescue, mount, and tow disabled vehicles using a variety of service and towing vehicles, including wreckers and flatbeds.
- Provide light services such as lockout assistance, battery diagnostics, and tire changes.
