In this context we are looking for a A220 Heavy Maintenance Project Specialist to join our team in Peachtree City, GA. This position is a temporary (contract) position with no specific time period but could be extended or shortened as needed. Contractors are employed by a 3rd party vendor and placed on assignment to Airbus in America.

Requirements

3+ years experience working in the aviation industry
Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace and skilled in basic IT tools.
Authorized to Work in the U.S. without current or future need for visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Preferably equipped with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, OR a combination of education and relevant experience
Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and/or airline operations is highly desirable

Responsibilities

Prepare, lead and steer internal MFT and customer meetings
Maintain C-check file and ensure all relevant information is available
Responsible for C-Check file related external and internal stakeholder communication (Customer Order View, Reporting File)
Ensure all functions have performed their required checklists, incl. their own
Measures, analyses and utilizes key performance indicators (KPIs) on behalf of the group in order to manage material order activity.
Ownership for C-Check project and its order lines
Perform Heavy Maintenance Manager C-Check Checklist
Open technical support cases with Airbus Canada (e.g. PN Activation, interchangeability, etc.)
Clarifies technical queries utilizing technical documentation and/or liaises with technical and engineering departments.
Provides consistently high quality responses to all customer related requests for all materials and related services to ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction.
