About The Position

Concordia Visiting Nurses is a Medicare-certified, state licensed, Medicaid approved home health agency operating in nine Western Pennsylvania counties. For well over a decade, Concordia Visiting Nurses has provided high-quality skilled nursing, palliative care, and a variety of therapy services to our patients. Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our Cabot office. Requirements

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in computer operations, including Microsoft Office
Impeccable customer service skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel is required
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Nice To Haves

Experience with EMR software is recommended

Responsibilities

Submit accurate invoices in a timely manner to various payers
Follow up on outstanding accounts by communicating with insurance companies and/or patients
Maintain organized records of accounts receivable transactions
Collaborate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes
