About The Position

The Accounts Receivable Administrative Assistant supports daily accounting and office operations by managing invoices, customer accounts, bank reconciliations, month-end reporting, and customer communications.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience using QuickBooks preferred
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or administrative support
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer invoices accurately and timely
  • Assist with accounts receivable activities, including payment tracking and account maintenance
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers and vendors
  • Maintain accurate financial and customer records in QuickBooks
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Generate and print month-end financial reports
  • Support general office and administrative functions as needed
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information
