About The Position

Labcorp is seeking an Accounts Receivable Applications Analyst to join their team. This hybrid position offers a balanced schedule of three in-office workdays at their Burlington or Durham, NC locations and two remote workdays per week, supporting both collaboration and flexibility. The role is responsible for performing detailed research and evaluation of projects and assignments requiring knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable or a related background. This position is also responsible for making recommendations to management and may initiate implementation of new procedures and processes. The analyst must have the ability to identify issues to provide recommendations and financial implications, and/or operational applications in the Revenue and Billing Department. The role involves developing management reporting using MS Excel, MS Access, and other office software, and collaborating with other departments/business associates to analyze, understand, and define business rules for department workflow and system enhancements.

Requirements

Associates Degree
3 years or more Accounts Receivable, Analytical Acumen or related experience

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of accounting principles, accounts receivable calculations DSO, have/need, cash factor, and bad debt.

Responsibilities
