About The Position

The A-Level Technician is a highly skilled, senior-level technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining high-performance motorsports vehicles. This role requires advanced mechanical and electrical knowledge, strong diagnostic ability, and experience working with performance tuning, complex systems, and manufacturer specifications. The technician works with minimal supervision and may support lower-level technicians.

Requirements

Strong experience as a technician in automotive or motorsports environment
Advanced diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with OEM scan tools and performance tuning systems
Strong understanding of internal combustion engines and high-performance systems
Ability to read and interpret complex technical schematics
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-performance dealership environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with suspension setup, alignment, and performance tuning preferred

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems on motorcycles, performance cars, ATVs, or UTVs
Perform advanced troubleshooting using OEM diagnostic tools and performance software
Conduct engine, transmission, suspension, and braking system repairs and rebuilds
Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and warranty work to manufacturer standards
Install performance upgrades, accessories, and aftermarket parts as requested
Test and verify vehicle performance after repairs (including road testing or dyno testing where applicable)
Interpret wiring diagrams, service manuals, and technical bulletins
Ensure all work meets dealership, manufacturer, and safety standards
Accurately document all diagnostics, repairs, and parts used
Mentor and assist B-level and C-level technicians when required
Maintain tools, diagnostic equipment, and a clean, organized work area
Other duties as assigned
