We are a brand-new and growing Honda dealership in Owatonna, MN, seeking elite, highly motivated A-Level technicians who want to earn $80,000–$110,000+ per year. This is a competitive role designed for serious producers who want to maximize their earning potential. We are looking for a top-performing dealership technician who consistently turns 50+ flat-rate hours per week and wants to work in a family-friendly dealership with a positive, team-first culture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of import dealership technician experience.
• Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to consistently turn 50+ flat-rate hours per week.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Efficient, organized, and quality-focused.
• Competitive mindset with strong internal drive.

Nice To Haves

• Honda certifications are strongly preferred.
• ASE certifications preferred (or equivalent).
