As an A-Level/Master Automotive Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our service operations, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards. Your expertise will ensure our customers’ vehicles are safe, reliable, and performing at their best. You’ll be working with cutting-edge tools and technology, alongside a team that values your skills and contributions.

Requirements

  • Experienced Technician: You have extensive experience diagnosing and repairing various makes and models, with a strong foundation in both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Detail-Oriented: Precision matters to you, and you ensure each job is completed to the highest standard.
  • Problem Solver: You have a knack for troubleshooting and finding effective solutions to complex issues.
  • Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute positively to a supportive team culture.
  • Customer-Focused: You understand the importance of reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Learner: You stay current with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
  • ASE Certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Proven experience as an A-Level or Master Automotive Technician.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and more.
  • Ability to use diagnostic equipment and other repair tools effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues, including complex mechanical and electrical problems.
  • Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, and more.
  • Execute repairs with precision, ensuring that each vehicle meets manufacturer and safety standards.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to efficiently troubleshoot issues and identify solutions.
  • Work closely with service advisors to communicate technical details and repair needs to customers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to provide the best service possible.
  • Uphold our shop’s reputation for integrity, quality, and superior customer service.
