About The Position

All Tune is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join our growing South Austin location. Under new local ownership, we are investing in our facility, equipment, and team as we grow a high-performing automotive repair business in a high-traffic South Austin location. You'll work directly with ownership and help build a shop known for honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and earning customers' trust for the long term. Our modern 6-bay shop performs everything from maintenance and brakes to diagnostics, electrical repair, HVAC, engine and transmission replacement, and general automotive repair.

Requirements

• 5+ years of automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and HVAC skills
• EPA 609 required
• Must provide own tools
• Valid driver's license and background check required

Nice To Haves

• ASE certifications preferred
• Bilingual and Tekmetric experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive, electrical, HVAC, and drivability concerns
• Perform maintenance and repairs efficiently with a focus on quality
• Complete inspections and document recommendations
• Collaborate with advisors and management to serve customers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Assist in training and mentoring team members
