About The Position

Provides technical support in the research and coordination of projects/ assignments that cross departmental or divisional lines; acts as lead for organizational projects/assignments. Essential Functions Plan, schedule, and coordinate aircraft maintenance project. Manage resources, parts, and tool availability. Monitor budgets; ensure regulatory compliance; maintain project documentation. Report progress to management and customers; lead continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance processes. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/equivalent in aviation management, or related field.
• Three (3) years in aviation maintenance or project administration.
• Understanding of aircraft maintenance functions within Air Operations.
• Proficiency with MS Office, PM tools, strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and QA processes.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to track workforce data, training activity, attrition, and overtime trends
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and tracking tools
• Experience Coordinating cross functional projects involving operations, training, finance, QA,
• Experience using tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Power BI, and Monday.com
• Prepare summaries, presentations,
• Track approvals, action items, and follow ups to ensure deadlines and commitments are met
