Requirements

Techs who can pass a background check and drug screening
Have their own tools
Reliability transportation
Ability to work in an on call rotation for emergency after hours calls

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including compressors, coils, and thermostats
Perform preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot and resolve heating and cooling issues quickly and professionally
Assist with general maintenance duties as needed, including electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
Respond to service requests and emergency calls in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
