Courtesy Toyota of Brandon, part of Asbury Automotive Group, is seeking a smart, energetic, and technically-focused "B" Level Service Technician. This role involves understanding and completing routine repairs on customer vehicles, including general repairs and diagnosis with some assistance. Responsibilities cover light engine work, transmissions, clutches, drive shafts, electrical systems (starters and alternators), HVAC systems, and steering & suspension systems. The technician will also perform multi-point inspections, document work, communicate with service advisors, maintain proficiency, conduct road tests, and utilize assigned training. A key aspect of this role is maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores and ensuring vehicles are returned clean. The technician must also comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding vehicle safety, property, and information, as well as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA Right-to-Know.
