Requirements

• College degree or above
• At least 5 years working experience in warehouse logistics management
• 3 or more years B2B warehouse working experience
• English level can meet the needs of daily work (listening, reading and writing barrier free)
• office office software skills skilled, can meet the needs of the job

Responsibilities

• responsible for the United States Delaware overseas warehouse operation management landing
• according to business needs to develop and optimize the work flow and operation specifications of overseas warehousing business.
• Participate, guide and supervise the daily work of overseas warehouses to ensure safe operation, control costs, improve efficiency, improve customer experience and ensure timeliness and accuracy of sending and receiving.
• responsible for overseas warehouse team building and training work, to ensure the smooth operation of overseas warehouse business
• Achieve various kpi assessment objectives and work arrangements issued by the department and the company.
