The role also involves receiving incoming telephone or alarm calls, maintaining access to sensitive materials, and ensuring confidentiality of records, including private health information. Additional duties include completing a daily press bulletin, observing alarm registers, maintaining various logs and files, assisting with training, and performing other required duties.
