Responsibilities
- Teach 5th Grade Math using engaging, standards-based instruction
- Prepare students for academic success and state assessments
- Use data to drive instruction and close learning gaps
- Create a structured, positive, and supportive classroom environment
- Participate in collaborative PLC meetings focused on student growth
- Communicate regularly with parents and families
- Implement intervention and enrichment strategies for all learners
- Support schoolwide expectations, culture, and Leader in Me initiatives
- Build strong student relationships while maintaining high expectations
