5th Grade Math Teacher (2026-2027)
About The Position
Partnership Academy is seeking a dedicated 5th Grade Math Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. This role involves working within a collaborative middle school team to deliver differentiated, hands-on instruction using the enVisions curriculum. The teacher will focus on impacting students' academic, linguistic, social, and emotional growth, both inside and outside the classroom. Responsibilities include supporting the creation and implementation of new systems for young adolescents, collaborating with a team of math educators, interventionists, special education co-teachers, and language teachers. The position emphasizes continuous improvement through weekly professional development, observations, and feedback, aiming for the highest standards of instruction. Teachers are expected to follow Minnesota state standards, collect and interpret data to guide instruction, provide individualized support, partner with families, and foster a strong culture of learning.
Requirements
- Minnesota Teaching License (Required)
- Ability to collaborate effectively to provide excellent academic and social instruction.
- Willingness to stay highly engaged with collaborative teaching and mentoring systems of support.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
- Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse students
Responsibilities
