About The Position

Partnership Academy is seeking a dedicated 5th Grade Math Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. This role is part of a collaborative middle school team focused on providing differentiated, hands-on instruction aligned with the enVisions curriculum. The teacher will contribute to students' academic, linguistic, social, and emotional growth, working within a supportive environment that encourages continuous improvement through professional development and feedback. The position involves collaborating with a team of educators, interventionists, and support staff to create and implement effective programs for young adolescents, ensuring adherence to Minnesota state standards, data-driven instruction, and strong partnerships with families.

Requirements

  • Minnesota Teaching License (Required)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide differentiated and hands-on instruction to scholars using the enVisions curriculum as a guide.
  • Impact students’ academic, linguistic, social, and emotional growth both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Support the creation and implementation of new systems and routines for a developmentally appropriate program for young adolescents.
  • Collaborate with a strong team of Math educators, interventionists, special education co-teachers, and language teachers.
  • Collaborate effectively to provide excellent academic and social instruction.
  • Stay highly engaged with collaborative teaching and mentoring systems of support.
  • Ensure adherence to Minnesota state standards.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff.
  • Effectively collect and interpret data to guide instruction.
