About The Position

Achievement Charter Academy is an innovative and growing charter school located in Fuquay-Varina, NC. We utilize the Glasser Quality School model as a modern learning approach to meet the needs of our diverse group of students. We believe this offers a fluid and flexible delivery to help maximize students' learning styles and abilities. At this time we are unable to support sponsorship candidates. Compensation range $48,000 - $64,000. Mission: Achievement Charter Academy’s mission is to foster individual achievement by teaching students to be self-directed learners and community contributors in a respectful, diverse, and inclusive learning environment. Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
• Current North Carolina Teaching License.
• Classroom experience.
• High energy and enthusiasm for teaching.
• Willingness to learn more about Choice Theory and Glasser Quality Schools.
• Passionate about education.
• Confident leader.
• Able to help foster a love of learning in the students.
• Partner in learning with each student.
