About The Position
Maple Reinders Constructors Ltd. is seeking an experienced 4th Year Apprentice Pipefitter or Plumber for the CVRD project in Comox, British Columbia. Requirements
- 4th Year Apprentice Pipefitter or Plumber
Nice To Haves
- Experience with industrial and/or commercial construction is an asset.
- Knowledge of water treatment and/or wastewater treatment facility construction an asset
- Valid Zoom Boom Ticket is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Reading & interpreting interferences from all drawings
- Establishing control points with accuracy
- Able to provide leadership.
- Experience with compressed air piping and process hot/cold water piping systems.
- Experience with PVC/HDPE and stainless-steel piping
- Able to install various types of mechanical equipment and architectural hardware.
- Able to transfer levels over large distances with accuracy.
- Rigging and installing equipment
- Mechanical bolt-up
