About The Position

Davidson Charter Academy is seeking a passionate and qualified Elementary Teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills, a commitment to student success, and the ability to create engaging, effective lesson plans that align with state standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid North Carolina Educator’s License or eligibility to obtain one.
• Teaching experience working with elementary students.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and the school community.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
