About The Position
This position is for a 4th Grade Teacher within the Ridgefield School District. Employment is conditional upon an approved criminal background clearance, drug/alcohol screening, and completion of an Employment Eligibility Verification form (USCIS Form I-9). Continued employment requires compliance with all district policies, consistent presence at the worksite, regular attendance, punctuality, maintaining required certifications, completing annual training, and obtaining/maintaining a CPR and First Aid Card if required.
Requirements
- Approved criminal background clearance through OSPI, Washington State Patrol, and/or Federal Bureau of Investigation
- Drug/Alcohol screening
- Completion of an Employment Eligibility Verification form (USCIS Form I-9) presenting proof of identity and employment authorization status
- Completion of all district-required training within sixty (60) calendar days from hire date
- Compliance with all District policies and procedures, Code of Professional Conduct, and all applicable state and federal laws
- Maintaining any certifications that were required upon hiring
- Obtaining or maintaining a CPR and First Aid Card, if required
