About The Position
Partnership Academy is a public charter school located in Richfield, serving students from preschool to 8th grade in Richfield and neighboring communities. The school offers data-driven instruction, a strong English Learner program, engaging specials classes, and an After School Program. Partnership Academy is committed to culturally and developmentally relevant instruction, fostering a collaborative environment where teachers work in teams to provide differentiated, hands-on instruction. The school supports educators in continuously improving their teaching to impact students' academic, linguistic, social, and emotional growth. This role involves collaborating to deliver exceptional instruction to a homeroom class, with opportunities for professional development, feedback, and mentorship from instructional coaches and leaders. Teachers are expected to analyze and adapt curriculum, teach in alignment with Minnesota state standards, use data to guide instruction, provide individualized support, partner with families, and establish a strong learning culture.
Requirements
- Minnesota Teaching License (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree (Preferred)
- Two years of Teaching experience (Preferred)
- Spanish speaker (Preferred)
- Experience in Science of Reading/ Structured Literacy (Preferred)
- Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse students (Required)
