About The Position

ADP is hiring a 401(k) Product Manager I. This role is for someone who is empathetic to client needs and inspired by transformation, has supported product development initiatives, and is looking to join a dynamic, inclusive team environment with a culture of collaboration and belonging. In this role, you will work alongside a team of friendly, passionate, and creative 401(k) team members to enhance our ADP TotalSource Retirement Savings Plan. You’ll collaborate with internal partners to help create product efficiencies for the Plan. These efficiencies will help the Plan stay compliant, manage cost, and save time. We're looking for someone who excels when no two days are the same. Whether you're in meetings with Sales or Support or vendors you'll help create a product roadmap. You stay close to market trends and 401(k) legislative changes to bring new ideas into the mix. You’ll have 401(k) experience and confidently communicate. To thrive in this role, you must have 401(k) knowledge, participate in multiple team initiatives. You’ll have experience contributing to successful projects. You have held roles where you regularly collaborate and discuss ideas. Our best Product Managers are enthusiastic creators who stay current on the latest trends. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of 401(k) experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
  • 401(k) knowledge
  • Participate in multiple team initiatives.
  • Experience contributing to successful projects.
  • Held roles where you regularly collaborate and discuss ideas.
  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Research & Requirements: Monitoring new legislation and industry trends to understand the potential impact to our Plan.
  • Facilitate required changes as well as what adds value to enhance the client experience, drive internal efficiencies that align with ADP's goals.
  • Collaborate across multiple internal teams and external vendors to continually support innovative improvements.
  • Monitor effectiveness, reporting outcomes, and task prioritization.
  • Work on a targeted client communication initiative or supporting product enhancements.
  • Communicate updates and changes to internal stakeholders including the leadership team.
